- Cut-and-Paste Pages: Sort adjectives to describe the Lorax, the Once-ler, and the changing setting in the story.
- Story Problems: Solve addition, subtraction, and place value story problems.
- Venn Diagram: Use the diagram to explore the story’s setting.
- Truffula Tree Design: Get creative by designing your own Truffula Tree on a designated page.
- Reflective Writing: Write about what you would do if given the last Truffula seed.
- Speak for the Trees: Describe how you can contribute to Earth’s well-being, just like the Lorax.
- Environmental Pledges: Have students write and share their pledges to protect the environment.
- Recycling Crafts: Create art projects using recycled materials.
- Earth Day Posters: Design posters to promote Earth Day awareness and conservation tips.
